I have several people to send gifts to. Do I have to go through the process each time?
You can add a dozen or more shipping addresses to your account on
our website, and simply choose a different one each time you order.
This is a good way to keep track of your Christmas list.
Another quick and easy way is to send us a separate email, or fax (713-781-9543). We
are real people, and we still do things manually around here. Just list the
names and addresses, what you would like to send and what you'd like on each
enclosure card. If you feel uncomfortable sending your credit card number, we
can call you to get that information. If you have business clients to send
holiday gifts to, and you have many addresses, we can email you a special UPS
template to fill out.
Can I substitute items in a giftpack?
Of course - just give us a call (713-781-2710, or outside Houston 888-822-6887)
and we can work up a custom giftpack.
Are nuts good for you? What about all that fat?
Yes, they're good for you! "All that fat" is the good kind (mono- and
poly-unsaturated); not to mention all the extra nutrients. They do have a lot of
calories, though, so don't eat the whole pound in one day. They make a good
snack to keep on hand during the day, because nuts satisfy hunger much better
than junk snacks. We, here in the office, maintain our girlish figures by
snacking on peanuts at lunchtime. (It's true!) See our Nutritional Value page!
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we supply health food stores, bakeries, restaurants, and hotels with our
products in bulk. If you are a reseller, give us a call at 713-781-2710, or
outside Houston 888-822-6887.
Do you have a physical store location?
Yes, come see us! We're located at 9350 Westpark Drive, one block west of
Jeanetta between Fondren and Gessner. We're open from 8:30 to 5:00 M-F and 10:00
to 3:00 Saturdays during the year, with extended hours during the Christmas
season.
When should I place my order for Christmas?
By December 10. But the ideal time is anytime after Thanksgiving. If people
receive these gifts well before the holiday, they can enjoy and share them with
family and friends when entertaining.
Why don't you ship out of the country?
Because it's a food item, and requires customs declarations in quintuplicate. At
least for now.
